The One Day Old chick is a Filipino street food staple where day old duck chicks are marinated and deep-fried before they are skewered, doused with vinegar (that already has onions, pepper, and garlic) and sometimes a pinch of salt. I like street food as much as any typical Filipino, but I draw the line here. My husband loves it, though.
