I used to be the Restaurant Manager of MOA and Robinsons branches but i have to leave the company due to an opportunity to work here in Canada. You were right about the Kare-Kare. It is being cooked closed to perfection with no short cut procedures at all. That's my personal favorite too and i've been missing that since I got here.
